    We check that

    • the heating is on
    • the lights are on
    • the water is connected
    • that there is no damage to the van
    • any optional extras are fitted
    • the van is fully valeted
    • all carpets are down

    Tour of the exterior

    • We give you a full demonstration as to how the exterior fittings of the van work
    • We walk around the entire exterior of the caravan with you so that you can thoroughly check the condition.
  • Step 3

    Tour of the interior

    • We give you a full demonstration as to how the appliances inside the van work (e.g. hob, fridge, oven etc).
    • A full demonstration as to how the fixtures and fittings inside the van work (e.g. beds, blinds etc).
    • We show you how the control panels inside the van work (e.g. heating, lighting, command etc).

    The final stage

    • We ensure that you’re completely satisfied and understand everything about how to use and get the most from your new caravan.
    • We run through some final pieces of paperwork
    • We’ll make a follow-up call to you afterwards to check how you’re getting on.
